We’re really pleased and very hopeful to announce the first of two podcasts that launched last week to help us all have better spaces to debate and encourage the human work. The video and current draft of the manifesto are listed below but this isn’t just another passive chatting channel but a teaming initiative.

We called it "The Secret Society of Human Work - Community and Pods” in the hopes it’s clear it’s not just talking AT YOU but creating and teaming WITH YOU! (And yes, eventually we want to have many many other of these pods and conversations with any of you who fancies adding transparency to their thought process around the Human Work and what is holding us back from achieving our full creative, innovative and human potential at work.

This is episode 1 of series 1 with Allessandria Polizzi, SPHR, PhD of Verdant Consulting the ex-HR-come-HumanWork-Advocate who will undoubtedly be a more trusted good cop than I could ever be on this journey is live on most podcast distribution channels: https://share.transistor.fm/s/4839ff8c

We're still hoping to persuade my former video-cast co-host and People Not Tech partner Ffion Jones of Beautiful Minds to join us as a regular as she has unparalleled coaching and L&D insight.
