Another from the "Golden Hits" edition. Got some 40k views on Forbes and got me such a stern talking from thieir editorial team (as you'll read in my Memoirs) that it had me move to LinkedIn. This was written many many moons ago obviously, but I revisited and if I were to change a word, it would only be much harsher because over the Pandemic the HumanDebt this led to compounded with the Tech Debt the "advised" organisations had and big failure stories came out of ING and SEB and others and many have been captured in either People Before Tech or, recently when they claimed they can do DevOps in TechLedCulture.
