This week I wrote this piece on “Did You Know You Need Cognitive Underpinning and Habit Formation?” in the Chasing Psychological Safety Newsletter and posted this video which goes into further detail on the need for data that prompted us to create this feature I wrote about before and why we have accepted our fate that we will forever be a “broken record” as bemoaned in this article as well.
The reality is that the work to reduce the HumanDebt™ is immensely vast and while the ideas that spark it are exciting in how they’re morally right and needed, the execution part has to be systematic and diligent and that’s boring hard graft and it takes repetition ad nausea and a willingness to make yourself unpopular while doing so.
